As you step into this restaurant, it has a wonderful vibe. The staff are super friendly! Derek, our server, did an awesome job. Enjoying sipping on a refreshing lemonade as I waited for my dinner to arrive. The Atlantic Lobster Roll was apart of the seasonal menu and it was soooo good! It was served with potato wedges and a delicious coleslaw salad. Finished my meal with a peppermint tea and a berry pie. If you are in town, this restaurant should be a must do!

We took our son and his family here for supper while they were visiting us. What a fantastic meal! Everyone, teens included, loved their entrees and even ordered dessert to go, which was also delicious. Our server, Destiny, was awesome and very attentive and made great food suggestions. Also, we really appreciated the historic building in which this restaurant is located and it's ambiance. We highly recommend Isaac's Way and will return with our friends.

It's my first time visit Fredericton, all the way from Ontario, and Isaac's Way restaurant location is the best view. When I check out the menu , everything interesting,it was great selection of drinks and tasty food! However, we did experience a long wait to be seated, and it took a while before our server attended to us, but all the waiting time was worth it. For sure I will go back again

We stopped at Isaac's Way on a recommendation, and were quite glad we did. The food was excellent (we had the sun dried tomato cod, and squash Wellington, as well as scallop fritters). Our server was very good, and we felt welcome. The atmosphere was very nice, and the artwork very interesting. We actually took time after our meal to tour the place and look at all the art. I would absolutely recommend eating here. Check out all of my honest Google reviews. My photos have 12,000,000 views!

What a wonderful find this was for us. Loved the historical significance of the building and the original features they incorporated into the restaurant. Our server was knowledgeable about it all and great for helping us with our menu selections. The food was so delicious, with the sauces each course was served with. My salmon was in a maple curry with candied pecans— that and all the sides on the plate were so good! A fav appy was the scallop fritters. Not shown was the spice cake for dessert (enough for 2) and we were surprised to find afterwards it is gluten free. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough if you’re in Fredericton!

We walked here from the Beaverbrook Gallery (1 minutes walk) and it was the perfect place for lunch! There were paintings EVERYWHERE because they have a charity art auction. The auction is so well presented: The server gave me a binder (upon request), so I could look at all the paintings and see the prices/bids, as I ate my lunch. I ended up buying a painting for the Buy It Now price. Furthermore, the food is delicious (I had the salmon cakes). The servers friendly & efficient, and the prices reasonable. The perfect place for an art gallery lunch!! (The photo is a Tom Thomson that I saw at the Beaverbrook Gallery.

Unique restaurant / art gallery with a decent menu and selection of cocktails and local beers, with a wonderful patio and great location near the river. Their ceasar is the bomb!! Spiced and really great depth of flavour! Salmon cakes are wonderful, and nice seafood selection. I've had one bad experience (mussels weren't fresh, chowder was meh, poached eggs in benedict were wayyyy over done, and staff was in a bad mood), but can't let that dictate their value on the whole. It happens, we're all human. I'll definitely be going back because of the great atmosphere (and the ceasars!!). Thumbs down for no parking though, but hard to come by at a downtown location.

I came here with a group of colleagues for dinner on our first night in town. I can't say enough nice things about this restaurant. The atmosphere is unique and fun, the food was excellent and there was a nice selection of beer to choose from. I had the Maple Samon ((amazing!), two of my colleagues had Courthouse Burgers with sweet potato fries and my other colleague had chowder and potato skins. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Our server, Sara Beth, was courteous, fast, humorous, friendly and had great suggestions and information about the food on the menu (eg,where some of the beers were from, where the food was shipped from, what was local, etc). I highly recommend a visit here.
